The Supplier shall supply and the Customer shall purchase the Goods and Services in accordance with the quotation which shall be subject to these Termsand Conditions; and The Contract shall be to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, orany such order is made or purported to be made, by the Customer.
International Orders
If Goods are being ordered from outside suppliers country of residence,import duties and taxes may be incurred once the Goods reach their destination. Suppliers will look to make all additional charges clear where possible on the quote. If a Purchaser is buying internationally, they are advised to contact their local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. The Purchaser of the Goods will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that the purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods maybe inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and ElettromeccanicaE.F.D. di Frati Ugo S.n.c. gives no guarantee that the packaging of the Goodswill be free of signs of tampering.
Price
The prices are shown in Euro and do not include delivery and VAT. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Availability
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment.
Payments
All payments shall be made to the Supplier as indicated on the form of acceptance or invoice issued by the Supplier. other information are available here.

Defective Goods
We accept the return of the items if they do not fully satisfy the customer or they present manufacturing defects, after acceptance to be requested to sales@efdspare.com and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The amount of returned items will be credited back to the customer only after viewing the goods once received, without the initial shipping charges.
We do not accept returns for used or non-functional items, sold only for the re-use of components that are still functioning.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
